Gone by: Michael Grant Book Project #1 Isaac Breon List of events: Sam Temple is sitting in his history class when his teacher disappears into thin air. Sam and his friends, Quinn and Astrid soon realize that it wasn’t just their teacher, but any human being that was the age of 15 or older has disappeared. The town turns quickly turns to a frenzy, when all of the younger kids start roaming the streets looking for their parents. The really young kids, between the ages of 1-9 years-old have absolutely no clue whats going on or where their parents are. Some are crying, and they are absolutely terrified. The older kids think this is just the coolest thing in the world. They can go do whatever they want because their parents aren’t around. Stealing whatever they can get from the stores seems to be what they do the most. Sam, Quinn and Astrid are trying to figure out what is going on. They go to Quinn’s house to find his parents, but they are gone. Next, they go to Astrid’s house. Her parents are also gone, along with her little brother. Finally, the go to Sam’s house. Sam’s mother is also gone, but he finds her diary in her computer that has some interesting things in it that could explain why people have disappeared. Astrid is desperate to find her little brother. She thinks that he could be with his mother at the resort that they stay at. No luck finding the little brother when they get there, but they find something strange when they get there.
